Do I ever have to sign up anyone to qualify for matrix commissions?

No!  There are no recruiting requirements to earn matrix commissions or Matching Bonuses!   The only time you need to recruit 4 people is if you want to re-enter the matrix.

If I want to earn 100% Matching Bonuses do I need to join at the $100 autoship?

No!  You can start at $25 and upgrade when it makes sense.  In the back office it will show you when to upgrade.
